Leadership Coaching
An opportunity for your managers to solve problems, build resilience, and learn to coach their own teams.
We provide confidential, one-to-one coaching to give busy managers and leaders the opportunity to explore and address the challenges they routinely face. Coaching can really help junior managers to develop skills and grow in confidence. As the challenges facing more senior managers grow, leadership coaching can help them to address difficult issues and make tough decisions.
The Coaching Process
Coaching can be delivered in person and online. We use a structured approach to setting objectives, action planning and reviewing outcomes.
Our experienced coaches have a range of coaching styles. They will challenge and help the individual to make decisions, try a course of action, and perhaps to review and refine their approach.
Coaching can be standalone or incorporated into a training programme. Some organisations book a day a month during which four coaching sessions can be scheduled. Alternatively, a series of monthly sessions can be booked for an individual. Sessions are normally 90 minutes and we recommend a minimum of three sessions.
We encourage line managers to coach too. Building a culture where coaching and mentoring is part of the day-to-day activity helps to improve results.
Return-to-Work Coaching
The aim is to help support individuals as they return to a changed workplace, to minimise overwhelm and anxiety, and to provide tools and build confidence.
This coaching is beneficial to anyone returning to work after a period of absence or transition including maternity leave, parental / paternity leave, adoption leave, sick leave, career breaks plus relocation, sabbatical, and secondment.
