Requirement
AVEVA’s operations require presentations to be given on a frequent basis by staff at all levels, including executive briefings, large customer focus groups, team briefings and on-line sessions focussing on AVEVA’s software applications.
Solution
A one-day session was designed which runs in three sections:
- The principles and theory of running effective presentations
- Practical application by way of delivering a pre-prepared business PowerPoint presentation with feedback from colleagues, facilitator, and video play-back
- Practical application by way of delivery and feedback on a short notice presentation without PowerPoint.
Personal action plans to further develop skills.
