As part of a strategy to improve financial performance, the HR function was tasked with improving leadership capability at all levels. The Strategic team in particular needed to work more closely together.
Helix was commissioned to deliver leadership programmes for groups at Executive / Strategic, Operational and Team leader level. Action Centred Leadership was used as a central framework to generate a common language and approach to developing leadership teams. The programmes were modular and spread over 12 months.
