Following a major change programme and organisational restructure to ensure a long term profitable future, the executive team needed to continue to further shape the organisation. This meant working closely together, being more strategic, cohesive and overcoming functional silos.
Helix was commissioned to run structured programmes for the Executive team, and their direct reports along with consultancy on a range of business issues.
Action Centred Leadership was used as a core framework for the programmes which included modules on personal profiling, team development, culture, motivation, leading change and releasing the corporate spirit.
