The Human Resources (HR) and Facilities teams in the UK had grown in line with the organisation. This growth required the team to re-establish goals and objectives in line with the support and guidance the business needed. Specific objectives were:
A one-day session exploring team dynamics based on team theory. In order to ‘get it out of the system’, a facilitated ‘employees’ right to whinge’ session was conducted, followed by an action planning session designed to identify solutions to the organisational issues identified. The session concluded with a ‘competitive sightseeing’ event in Cambridge – great fun for the team.
